our mission
Impact Social Entrepreneurship Youth Organization is committed to spreading awareness and knowledge for youth by providing resources that provide insight into government programs and funding that encourages youth business start-ups. An example of how we support the cause is with raising awareness of programs like Summer Company program run by the gov’t, in which youths can get:
- start-up money to kick-off a new summer business
- advice and mentorship from local business leaders to help get the business up and running.
Youth will get insight into how to run your own student business and which can be one of the best summer jobs you can have. Not only do you get to be your own boss but also you get a chance to enhance your learning on what it takes to manage a business. Sales, marketing, customer relationship management and networking are just a few of the highly useful skills you’ll develop with new experience.
our story
Impact Social Entrepreneurship Youth Organization is a Canadian non-profit organization designed for youth/students and run by students. We found that a lot of youths were facing unemployment and were unaware of various support programs run by gov’t and non-profit organizations. We knew something needed to be done and finally took the step to start this non-profit org so we could help empower fellow youth by providing them with options like Social entrepreneurship with the support and guidance of industry subject matter experts. We are looking forward to assisting and providing insight to students and making them aware of these programs that will ultimately help to develop there leadership skills, while making a positive contribution to the community.
